UMG sues MySpace

Universal Music has delivered on its promise to sue MySpace, according to the BBC. MySpace has called the lawsuit “meritless litigation”. There are possibilities for YouTube to face similar cases in the near future as, until now, companies have held off suing YouTube due to knowing it was running
