Samiam get a Draft

My Chemical number one

My Chemical Romance have been announced as having the new number 1 single in the UK. It beat off (wahey!) the likes of Razorlight, The Killers and David Hasslehoff for the number 1 spot. Check here for the chart.

Punk as fuck, we are

CBGB in New York is to close. The famous venue, which played host to The Ramones & friends in the 70s, is having Patti Smith as its last gig. The lease ran out in 2005 and the owner owes a load of back rent to the landlord.
