Saturday night, smack dab in the middle of this thing, was what most people were waiting for. The headliner of the night, closing out The Hideout, was The Arrivals. I knew most everyone else was anxiously awaiting their set, too, but I expected that many in the crowd would file out after Toys That Kill’s set to run down to Soda Bar and catch some of Red City Radio, the other headliner of the night. No one moved. For the twenty minute changeover, people stayed where they were, in a hot, sweaty crowd. And it was worth it. The legendary band that hadn’t played in at least a few years absolutely killed it.
