Cavalry release more than just hormones with new track ‘Oxytocin’

Alt-Pop Rockers Cavalry have today released their new track entitled ‘Oxytocin’, named after a nonapeptide hormone in mammals which is normally produced in the hypothalamus and stored in the posterior pituitary gland. We knew that before honestly!

Cavalry formed in 2013, born out of a close knit group of four friends eager to pick up their instruments and hide away in a dark attic studio to graft. Six months later, the band, consisting of Richie Lovett on vocals, Dan Briggs on guitar, Gareth Hallybone on bass and Joni Buckland on drums were ready and stepped out into the bright light of the South Wales music scene.
