Coheed & Cambria back with Funny Or Die for McConnell’s obstructionist statements

By Ben Tipple

Coheed & Cambria hit headlines when they took on the since departed Justice Scalia’s dissenting opinions on the Affordable Care Act and Same-Sex Marriage, putting his words to their music.

The band have now once again teamed up with Funny Or Die to accompany Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s statements about refusing to consider President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee.

McConnell has basically argued that the incoming President should be responsible for choosing Scalia’s replacement, and the honour should not fall on Barack Obama. Find out more on the issue via the New York Times.

We recently chatted to Coheed & Cambria about last year’s ‘The Color Before The Sun’.
