Colt 45 confirm new album and tour

By Ben Tipple

After releasing their debut full-length in November last year, Cumbrian melodic punks Colt 45 will be heading into the studio with Romesh Dodangoda to record their follow up, ‘The Tide Is Turning’.

Dodangoda has previously worked with the likes of Twin Atlantic, Funeral For A Friend and Kids in Glass Houses.

Provisionally scheduled for release at the end of May, ‘The Tide Is Turning’ will reportedly continue where ‘Coughing Up Confessions’ left off, yet with a slightly more positive spin. The record documents the band’s hard work, and the positive outcome thereof.

Colt 45 will also be heading on tour alongside Electric River and The Hostiles, with some additional dates to boot.
