The mighty Black Sabbath have been announced as Saturday’s headliner for Download Festival 2016. Tipped to be the band’s last ever UK show, tickets are surely going to go like hot cakes, especially as they are joined by previously announced Iron Maiden, and we are still to get the final headliner for Friday which will be released tomorrow on the official Download Festival site.
Download Festival will take place at its usual venue of Donington Park, the “spiritual home of rock”, from the 10th until the 12th June 2016.
Early bird tickets for the event have now sold out, with general sale open on Friday at 9AM. More details are available on the official Download Festival website.
