Exeter’s Cavern closed for the foreseeable future due to fire

By Ben Tipple

Exeter’s Cavern will close its doors for the foreseeable future following an electric fire last night. The fire, believed to have started in the kitchen, started shortly after 10PM last night and lasted until 2AM.

Nobody was hurt in the blaze, which resulted in surrounding streets being closed.

Punktastic would like to send our best wishes to the owners and the local scene, and hope for a quick recovery.
