I just saw The Mercury League in Norwich and I can safely say they’re the most exciting band around. They’re got everything – brilliant pace and hardcore punk rhythms, brutal melodies and soaring harmonies all topped off with a healthy dose of riffage. They’ll be releasing their first full-length later this year, so make sure you check them out as soon as possible. They’re worth it.
