Free day festival in Doncaster in aid of mental health charity, Mind

By James Brown

Not for profit promo company Veritas Promotions have announced the headline slots for their free all-day-er, coming up at the end of March.

Freeze The Atlantic (Ex Reuben and Hundred Reasons) are leading the day, with support from Wot Gorilla?, Trigger Thumb, Blank Atlas and a one off reunion from Penguin.

The festival is hosted by the Woolpack live in Doncaster city centre on 31st of March – the ideal Easter Sunday activity! – with doors opening 12pm. It’s a free charity event, with buckets around the venue for donations to mental health charity Mind.

The cause is close to the hearts of both the organisers and the bands themselves, so it’s sure to be a meaningful occasion with some great up and coming talent. More info on their Facebook event page.
