Last month Head Wound City returned with the ferocious ‘Scraper’, a short burst of obnoxious punk full of brash, urgent screams and dirty riffs.
They have now unveiled their follow-up, ‘Born To Burn’, proving that the brilliance of the lead track is not an isolated incident. Coming in at under two minutes, it’s another slice of blink-and-your-miss-it punk perfection ready to be played at full volume.
Both ‘Scraper’ and ‘Born To Burn’ will appear on the band’s forthcoming ‘A New Wave of Violence’ LP, due on the 13th May on VICE Records. It is available to pre-order now.
