Hevy Fest moves to Derbyshire

By Ben Tipple

Hevy Fest organisers have confirmed that this year’s event will be moving to Derbyshire. Having spent the majority of it’s life at Kent’s Porty Lympne wildlife park, the move comes following feedback from potential festival goers asking for a more central location.

The festival will take place in Newhaven on the 19th and 20th August 2016. Tier 1 tickets are on sale now.

This year’s event saw Coheed & Cambria and Thrice head up the bill, with the likes of Andrew WK, Descendents and Dillinger Escape Plan headlining in the past.

More details and tickets can be found at the official Hevy website.
