Holy Pinto reveal live ‘Tooth’ session video

By Ben Tipple

Holy Pinto have revealed a live session video, showcasing their track ‘Tooth’, and recorded live in Bossingham earlier this month by Papercrane Recordings.

It wasn’t all plain sailing however, as drummer Ryan Hurley tells us. “The filming of ‘Tooth’ finally got underway after the dedicated guys from Papercrane Recordings nearly fell from the top of the most unstable ladder I’ve ever seen, just so they could hang the fairy lights in the background,” he laughs. “From there on out the session was a blast and no other near death experiences occurred.”

The track will feature on the band’s forthcoming ‘Congratulations’ LP, due this spring. It also formed part of last year’s ‘Stenography’ EP, available to stream in full via BandCamp.

“Also, there’s a close up of Patrick’s (bassist) Hogwarts socks somewhere in the video, see if you can spot em,” Hurley challenges.

Holy Pinto will play Sadtastic 2016 next month, our emo(ish) all-dayer.
