Joanna Gruesome announce new tiny tour

By Ben Tipple

Cardiff’s Joanna Gruesome have announced a self-proclaimed tiny tour, taking in three cities across a weekend in March. The band are currently holed away recording their third full-length, following ‘Weird Sister’ and ‘Peanut Butter’.

As well as tracks from their back-catalogue, Joanna Gruesome are expected to use the shows to preview new material. ““It will be a strictly hit orientated set,” says Owen Williams according to the tongue-in-cheek announcement. “Astrological experts have informed us that Saturn will be transitioning into retrograde during that weekend, so it seemed like an obvious time to play a few shows in the south and south west.”

It explains how the band are taking a “weekend break from a relentless schedule of séances, psychic ceremonies and moonlight rituals.”
