Florida ska-punkers VICTIMS OF CIRCUMSTANCE will be making their European debut this summer. The band, who have previously recorded albums under the tutelage of Johnny Vegas (The Mighty Mighty Bosstones) and Steve Foote (Big D and the Kids Table), are currently working on a yet-to-be-named third studio album. During the tour the band will be making two songs from this upcoming release available for free download.
