Kyle & The Pity Party stream new EP, ‘Everything’s Bad’

By Ben Tipple

Fronted by songwriter Kyle McDonough, Kyle & The Pity Party draw influence from the Hudson Valley’s dark nights. On ‘Young’, the lead single from their new ‘Everything’s Bad’ EP, the band channel this into a dream-like melody that hints at Prawn and references Brand New.

McDonough explains both the single and the parent EP “dwell over love lost, love found, and the distance (however small or large) between where you are and where you think you should be.”

‘Everything’s Bad’ is available to stream now via BandCamp.
