Sheffield hardcore metallers Malevolence have released a new music video for “Wasted Breath”, which is taken from the band’s forthcoming sophomore album, “Self Supremacy” set for release on 19th May via BDHW Records.
Commenting on the video, frontman Alex Taylor says:
“We brought our camera guy Simon on the Taste Of Anarchy Tour for a short stint to capture what touring with Malevolence is about. We’re not really a band to sit on the bus all day then play the show when on tour, we make the most of the opportunities given to us, we think Simon has captured this pretty accurately!”
The song features guest vocals from Kevin Muller of New York based death metal band The Merciless Concept.
“Kevin and ourselves have been in touch for years online out of mutual respect for each other’s music, we finally met in person in New York last summer and really hit it off,” Alex continues. “We thought his voice would be perfect for the track and wanted to give his band The Merciless Concept an opportunity to expose themselves to the right crowd this side of the Atlantic.”
