Might As Well release three part compilation in aid of Stop Hate UK

By Ben Tipple

London based non-profit alternative collective Might As Well have released a sixty-track, three part compilation in aid of Stop Hate UK, a leading charity set up to tackle hate crime and discrimination.

Working alongside labels like Xtra Mile Recordings, Holy Roar Records, Failure By Design Records and Speaking Tongues Records, the compilations feature music by Apologies, I Have None, Johnny Foreigner, Kamikaze Girls, Rob Lynch, The Gospel Youth and many more.

“Stop Hate UK’s work to combat hate crime and discrimination of all kind is hugely important whatever the political climate of the UK, but this year’s bitter EU Referendum campaign led to some of the worst levels of hate crime the country has seen in many years,” Might As Well explain. “It is a hugely important time to heal wounds and support those who help victims of discrimination. Stop Hate UK seemed like a fantastic cause to raise some money for, and it’s been amazing seeing so many labels and bands get involved with submissions.”

Named after the three wise monkeys, ‘Mizaru’, ‘Kikazaru’, ‘Iwazaru’, the compilations are available at £5 each, or as a bundle for £12.
