By Ben Tipple

Parkway Drive and Nothing But Thieves are included in the latest Reading and Leeds Festival announcement, joining a host of acts across a multitude of scenes and genres.

“Last year’s Reading & Leeds was one of our highlights of 2015,” Nothing But Thieves announce, “it was an honour to play a stage that we’ve seen so many bands at since we were kids, cannot wait to be playing Reading & Leeds again this year.”

Indie superstars Foals and British dance act Disclosure have been confirmed as co-headliners, joining the previously announced Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Twenty One Pilots, Eagles Of Death Metal, Slaves and Crossfaith were also included in the first announcement.

With today’s announcement completed by Imagine Dragons, Jack U, Two Door Cinema Club, Fetty Wap, Crystal Castles, Oliver Heldens, Hannah Wants and The Internet, it looks like the heavier side of things has been reserved for now, to be revealed in later days.
