Patrick Craig Announces Christmas Charity Single

By Mike Scott

Singer-songwriter Patrick Craig has recorded covers of two traditional Christmas songs (‘Hark The Herald’ and ‘Silent Night’) and will be releasing them in support of two London-based charities on Friday 16th December, theĀ Glass Door Homeless Shelter & Wandsworth Food Bank.

The release is up for donation now.

Commenting on the release Patrick said: “With some spare studio time as I was working on some demos, I ended up recording two of my favourite carols. Christmas music seems to be turning into its own genre these days and that was something a wanted to shy away from, instead celebrating how well written some Christmas carols are.

Half the proceeds are going to be going to be split between Wandsworth foodbank. It operates out of st Michaels church in Southfields and Glass Door, a homeless shelter that operates across various churches to provide a warm meal and a safe place to sleep each night. ”
