Reading and Leeds Festival announces Introducing Stage

Having already hosted the likes of Jake Bugg, Catfish and the Bottlemen and Jack Garratt, as well as Lonely The Brave, Allusondrugs and Bloody Knees in recent years, the Introducing Stage at Reading and Leeds Festival is back.

In among the many up-and-coming artist taking to the stage over the three days are Punktastic favourites Muncie Girls, Happy Accidents, Avalanche Party and Tusk.

The full announcement looks like this:

Friday @ Reading | Saturday @ Leeds

Coquin Migale, Beau, Muncie Girls, Paris Youth Foundation, AIRWAYS, Happy Accidents, EAT FAST, The Wholls, Strong Asian Mothers and Jordan Allen.

Saturday @ Reading | Sunday @ Leeds

Fronteers, Ten Tonnes, The Shimmer Band, High Tyde, Cameron A G, The Tin Pigeons, Avalanche Party, Tiny Giant, HAUS and We Were Giants.

Sunday @ Reading | Friday @ Leeds

SuperGlu, K.O.G & The Zongo Brigade, Lawrence Taylor, Tusk, Sonny Green, Mowbeck, Mouses, Arctic Lake, CaStleS and Hardwicke Circus.

The Introducing Stage will also welcome Faux Pas, DUSK, The Indigo Project, VEXXES, NIGHT OWLS and Adore//repel, all of which won either the Centre Stage Competition or were runners up in the Futuresound Competition.

Reading and Leeds Festival will run from the 26th to the 28th August 2016. Punktastic will be on site over the weekend to bring you all the latest and post-festival coverage. Exciting times.
