From the Matchbook Romance mailout: “Last week we returned from California after spending 5 weeks recording what is probably the most amazing album I’ve ever listened to. I hope you guys will like it as much as we do. We’re not sure of the tracklisting yet, considering a bunch of the songs are brand new. For the local fans, don’t fret because we have some oldies on there too. The album should be in your hands probably somewhere inbetween September and October of 2003. I know the wait sucks, but we plan on playing a few new songs off the LP at each show for a sneak preview of whats to come. So make sure you make it to the shows. We’ll release the album title in the coming weeks.”
