Seven Songs

By paul

Submitted: Seven Songs is a new EP from Scottish punk-rock political folk singer Dave Hughes. Originally recorded as a set of demos for a forthcoming, but delayed, studio album with his band, The Renegade Folk Punk Band, this is a lo-fi solo acoustic effort. The EP contains, unsurprisingly, 7 tracks including a cover of a Roscoe Vacant track “Help save the Youth of Cumnock and Doon Valley”. Available through Bandcamp: http://davehughes.bandcamp.com on a sliding price-scale. Launch gig in Glasgow on Wednesday 8th of September at MacSorleys. Free entry, 9pm.
