Social Distortion have announced the release of ‘The Independent Years: 1983 – 2004’, a vinyl box set collecting the band’s independent label output, ‘Mommy’s Little Monster’, ‘Prison Bound’, ‘Sex, Love and Rock ‘n’ Roll’ and the early years compilation ‘Mainliner (Wreckage From the Past)’. Each album comes on a different coloured, translucent vinyl press. The US release date is October 28th, with pre-orders up on the band website now, but international release via the usual online outlets is not until November 25th.
