Sonisphere Festival 2012 has (finally) announced its initial line up.
KISS make a European exclusive appearance, QUEEN (ft. ADAM LAMBERT) make an exclusive appearance and FAITH NO MORE perform a UK exclusive headline set.
Only UK shows of 2012 from EVANESCENCE, MARILYN MANSON, INCUBUS, WITHIN TEMPTATION and WOLFMOTHER are also featured, with UK festival exclusives from MASTODON, ANDREW W.K., FLOGGING MOLLY, LACUNA COIL, GOJIRA, SWITCHFOOT, GHOST and KATATONIA.
REFUSED will perform their first show in the UK since 1998 and THE DARKNESS, CYPRESS HILL, THE BLACKOUT, FIELDS OF THE NEPHILIM, TIM MINCHIN and I KILLED THE PROM QUEEN also appear. You can see the poster below:
The festival takes place at Knebworth on 6-8th July 2012. A presale link was tweeted by Billy Gould of Faith No More a few minutes ago.
