Gun Shy, the band labelled as the band that Josh Bannister of Milk Teeth joined after leaving Milk Teeth (it’s a long label), are streaming their debut EP in full ahead of its release on Friday. Premiered via Upset Magazine, the record opens with a lengthy atmospheric intro before launching into dense grunge and shoegaze inspired angry unpredictability. It walks the fine line between ferociously heavy and achingly pained.
Completed by Will Palmer, George Turner and Dom Wright, ‘First Transmission’ will be available from the 6th May via Failure By Design, Honey Pot and Rubaiyat Records.
