Throwing Stuff have announced the release of their debut album, ‘Fit, Fine & Well’.
Produced by Bob Cooper (Nai Harvest, Self Defense Family, Citizen), the record will be released on the 7th April via TNS Records. To coincide with the announcement, the hardcore punks are also streaming the first single, ‘I Know What’s Best’, on their bandcamp.
You can catch the band on tour with Australian band Clowns in the UK this April. The dates are as follows.
