Unfortunately, this week the band were supenoed to appear in court on May 20th over the House of Blues shooting that happened at a TSOL show in Los Angeles in 2002. As a result of the incident a court case has been running since and the band have no option but to appear in court. Jack Grisham has issued his sincerest apologies to everybody involved in the tour, and especially the fans who were looking forward to the shows. With any luck they will return to the UK in the not too distant future. Obviously we are completely fucking gutted as we were looking forward to every gig of the tour, so apologies come from us as well.”
