The Voodoo Glow Skulls have cancelled their UK tour. A Band statement reads: “”It is my unfortunate position to be the bearer of some really undesirable news. Due to reasons beyond my control we are being forced to cancel any/all plans to tour the UK/Europe this April & May 2005. Besides our bass player’s wife having complications with her pregnancy, there are other several serious issues that have led to this sudden decision. Issues that I do not care to discuss at this particular moment. We understand that this is a decision that can permanently damage our career overseas. But at the same time, the integral problems we are having right now are also permanently damaging to our career. The band needs time to evaluate the situation at hand and determine the future of The Voodoo Glow Skulls. There will be a press release issued sometime within the next few weeks stating our decision to either break-up or keep going as a touring band.”
