Today marks the release of Hypnosister’s second single ‘Poorly Boy’ and we’re delighted to be premiering the video alongside the release. Hypnosister is the ‘space-rock’ project of ex-Allusondrugs guitarist Damian Hughes, who explains that this latest single ‘Poorly Boy’ isĀ “about coming to terms with the death of a friend who was failed by the mental health system. It’s about the denial, the guilt, playing the situation back in your head wishing you could have done something. Eventually time does it’s thing and you heal, learn and grow.”
‘Poorly Boy’ is available as a free download on Bandcamp and you can watch the video below:
You can track Hypnosister on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the official website.
