First Play of The Fairweather Band’s new track, ‘A New Language’

By Conor Mackie

We’re thrilled to give you the first play of the first single from The Fairweather Band’s brilliant debut record, ‘Meow’.

‘A New Language’ is a sub two minute gem, showcasing vocalist/guitarist Rory Matthews’ unique and innovative guitar playing. With shades of WOAHNOWS and Good Luck thrown in for good measure, the Exeter trio are a perfect accompaniment to the summer months. Joining Matthews, Lande Hekt (of Muncie Girls fame) provides bass and vocals, with Corey Partridge on the drums. The interplay between Hekt and Matthews is effortless and this young band is ready to take the UK by storm.
