Incisions get angry, honest and personal on sophomore EP, ‘Scabs’

By Aaron Lohan

Manchester punk band Incisions are exclusively streaming their upcoming sophomore EP ‘Scabs’ with us at Punktastic.

The six track EP sees the quartet confidently hone in with their take on the gruff punk genre that fans of Off with Their Heads and Dillinger Four would enjoy.

Vocalist/guitarist Jordan Lloyd had the following to say about the new record:  “I wish there was a running theme or message that we could tie to all of these songs, but the truth is we just aren’t that smart. I guess the lyrics are a lot more honest and personal on ‘Scabs’ than they were on the last EP and we now have a second guitarist too which helped to make this record sound a little angrier!”

The new EP will be available on the 25th November via Horn & Hoof Records. The band also have the following upcoming shows.
