Nottingham based twinkly emo group Taco Hell are exclusively premiering their debut live release ‘Live At Bodega’ here on Punktastic.
Here’s what drummer Max Qayyum had to say about it:
“Our headline show at The Bodega was one of our favorite shows and we were super lucky to be able to record it with the help of a few friends (Marc doing sound at Bodega, and Simon who lent us his laptop!). Our friend Issac Ashby mixed it and it came out really nice, so we decided to release six of the songs. Three are from our latest EP ‘Retainer’, two are from our first EP ‘Breathe Deeply’ and one is a brand new one. We’re finishing writing our first album at the moment and recording it next month, it’s nice to release something new.”
‘Live at Bodega’ is available now on Bandcamp, with cassette pre-orders via Circle House Records. Taco Hell will also be playing Jellyfest x Weaverfest in Leeds on September 16.
