“The song is about believing in yourself in times when you have convinced yourself you can’t do something,” vocalist Sam Paterson explains. “The song is actually based on the first time I ever sung in front of anyone, I want people to know how scared I was to get up on stage and sing when I felt like couldn’t, and to know how happy I am with myself for doing so.”
